Adicione o vinagre, o shoyu e os cogumelos e deixe reduzir um pouco. Adicione então o mini-milho cortado, o gengibre em pó e o vinho branco. Cozinhe por aproximadamente 10 minutos em fogo baixo. O molho fica encorpadinho, muito gostoso. Se quiser e gostar, coloque uma pitadinha de açúcar. ( neste molho eu não coloquei).</span></p>

<p>Adicione  o ovo e as gemas à maisena e bata com o fouet.</p>

<p>Lentamente vá adicionando pequenas porções do creme de leite quente à mistura de ovos. Este processo  é chamado de “temperar os ovos” -  até que alcance aos poucos a mesma temperatura do leite quente da panela e não coalhe.</p>

Essa coisa que a vida tem, de nos levar do alto para baixo e do abismo para a elevação é uma manobra muito ingrata. Mexe com nossa emoção. Coloca abaixo nossas certezas.</p>
<p>Ultimamente tenho tido que alterar a programação de tudo o que planejo. Não falo de somente de grandes metamorfoses ou programações, mas até de pequenas intenções e desejos a serem colocados em prática.</p>
<p>Um curso aqui, um exercício ali, uma viagem programada, a dieta equilibrada ou uma mudança muito desejada.</p>
<p>Sei que a vida não é previsível, reconheço também que esta imprevisibilidade muitas vezes nos traz surpresas maravilhosas!</p>
<p>Neste momento, até minha presença na próxima consulta marcada é uma incógnita. Mas vamos tentar levar da forma mais leve, afinal o futuro é o que esperamos da vida! De repente a próxima surpresa pode ser um susto daqueles de fazer rolar de rir de tanta alegria.</p>
<p>Aguardando a próxima surpresa, depois de tanto tempo,  publico aqui meu feriado de 12 de outubro, quando o dia seguinte parecia estar definido e a rotina de hospitais com minha mãe não havia se instalado.</p>

<p><strong>Ingredientes</strong><br />
1 quilo de maminha aberta em manta<br />
50g de queijo prato cortado em fatias<br />
2 cubos de caldo de picanha</p>
<p>Damascos o suficiente para recehar</p>
<p>1 xícara de nozes picadas<br />
1 xícara (chá) de água fervente</p>
<p><strong>Modo de Preparo</strong></p>
<p>1- Abra a carne sobre uma tábua e espalhe os damascos, as nozes e as fatias de queijo. Enrole a carne como rocambole e amarre com um barbante. Acomode em uma assadeira média.</p>
<p>2- Dissolva os cubos de caldo de picanha na água e espalhe sobre a carne. Cubra com papel-alumínio e leve ao forno médio pré-aquecido por 1 hora.</p>
<p>3- Retire o papel e volte ao forno por mais 30 minutos, ou até que a carne esteja macia e dourada. Regue com o caldo da assadeira algumas vezes.</p>

<p><strong>Ingredientes:</strong></p>
<p>- 400 gr de batata-doce<br />
- quanto baste de óleo de soja para fritar<br />
- 1/2 xícara(s) (chá) de açúcar<br />
- 2 colher(es) (sopa) de água<br />
- 1 colher(es) (chá) de shoyu<br />
- 1 colher(es) (café) de gergelim preto torrado(s)</p>
<p><strong>Modo de preparo:</strong></p>
<p>Lave bem as batatas e corte em tamanhos médios e uniformes. Deixe de molho em água morna por 10 minutos. Retire e coe em uma peneira. Coloque as batatas em óleo bem quente e frite-as. No início da fritura o fogo deve estar bem quente pois ao mergulhar as batatas no óleo, a tendência da temperatura é cair. No entanto, durante todo o processo de cozimento, o óleo deve ser mantido em temperatura média. Quando as batatas estiverem macias por dentro e crocantes por fora, retire e passe para um refratário com papel absorvente, a fim de retirar o excesso de gordura. Coloque o açúcar, a água e o shoyu misturados numa panela grande e cozinhe em fogo baixo. Quando começar a engrossar, acrescente as batatas reservadas e misture rapidamente, para que as batatas fiquem envoltas neste molho. Transfira para um recipiente levemente untado com óleo e polvilhe o gergelim.</p>

<p style="text-align:left;">RECEITA DO SORVETE DE COCO QUEIMADO</p>
<p><strong>Ingredientes:</strong><br />
4 gemas,</p>
<p>1 xícara (chá) de açúcar,</p>
<p>1 garrafinha de 300g  de creme de leite fresco,</p>
<p>1 vidro de leite de coco</p>
<p>1 colher ( sopa) de essência de coco.</p>
<p>um pacote de coco queimado ralado</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Bata as gemas e reserve.</p>
<p>Misture o leite de coco, creme de leite, o açúcar e a essência de coco e leve ao fogo baixo até que levante fervura ( fica menos líquido, mais cremoso).</p>
<p>Vá despejando aos poucos metade da mistura ainda quente sobre as gemas (temperar), mexendo sem parar para que as gemas não cozinhem, apenas se temperem.</p>
<p>Devolva a parte misturada com as gemas para a panela com o restante do creme e acrescente um pacote de coco queimado ralado. Cozinhe em fogo baixo, mexendo sempre, por aproximadamente sete minutos, ou até que fique bem cremoso.</p>
<p>Retire do fogo, cubra com papel filme bem rente ao creme para que não forme a crosta. Coloque na geladeira e deixe gelar/descansar por 12 hs.O creme ficou bem espesso.</p>
